Sonda Rocchio brings her passion for community connection, clear communication, and neighborhood pride to every initiative. Has been a West Palm Beach resident for 40 years and PPNA Board member since 2005. With a background in Operations Management and Human Resources, currently she manages and "is a Guest Favorite & Superhost for LuLu's Cozy Guest Cottage. A dedicated community advocate, and works to strengthen relationships, enhance safety and beautification efforts for our neighborhood, and create a welcoming, engaged environment for all who call Poinciana Park home.​​​​​​​

Lorie Kelley

​

Lorie is a native of West Palm Beach.  She has lived on Andrews Road for over 30 years.  She worked in the local hospitality industry as a hotel director of catering and room sales manager.  Lorie retired from hotel sales after 38 years in the business.  She is now involved in social media promotions and the local live music scene, as she manages her husband Charley's bands.​​​​​​​​

Mary Inglis

​

​Mary Inglis grew up on Andrews Road. A teacher of 43 years, Inglis has traveled, studied abroad, and written a book! "Every day is a gift," Inglis said. She retired at Wellington High School, in 2017, and celebrated by seeing the band Chicago on her last day of employment. This was also the first band she ever saw in person

Stephen Cates

Stephen is a lifelong West Palm Beach resident who has called Poinciana Park home for over 10 years. A current board member, he works as a Realtor with Tolliver Prince Realty and as a kitchen designer and builder, and he’s grateful to be part of this community.​​​​​​

Emily Villas

Emily is a proud five-year resident of Poinciana Park and currently serves on the PPNA Board.

What drew her in is the neighborhood’s rare blend of diversity, character, and small-town feel in the heart of West Palm Beach. 

With a background in Public Health and MedTech, Emily brings a mix of creativity, a focus on community well-being, and a passion for a well-organized PowerPoint. She’s especially committed to keeping the neighborhood safe, clean, and a place everyone is proud to call home.

Outside of board meetings, you’ll likely find her walking her dog Remy, planning her next trip, and endless (but worthwhile!) house projects.

Michael Smith

​

​​Mike serves as board member for the Poinciana Park Neighborhood Association for about one year, and he has lived in the neighborhood for six years. He really likes the trees. 

With a background in quixotic planning Mike enjoys building cohesion with unorthodox and conventional solution sets. 

Mike is especially passionate about how communities organize and are organized as a system. 

In his free time Mike reads a number of non-fiction, fiction, and historical books.​​​​​​​
